The hackers are people who can easily manipulate data and information to breach or stole data for any object. In present times, we live in an era of technology, and we all are dependent on technology competently. Hacking is a technical skill, and in this skill so much effort is needed, plus this can be dangerous. There are two types of hackers, such as ethical hackers and non-ethical hackers. Eventually, many distinguished people hire hackers to work for them, whether it is for a valid purpose or a harmful purpose. Moreover, hackers are now helping the police force and FBI department of the countries, which is very convenient to locate the criminals. Professional hackers can hack any computer, laptop, apps, any companies IT server, satellite launching, and can down the servers quickly. For this reason, ethical hacking has perpetually done with authority, and as a corporation or organization to have ethical hackers is very significant.

Although, recently the world's many health services are in danger for the hackers because they are now targeting the health care centers for some objectives, already much immoral hacking has done in some health care services as it is assumed that the Chinese agent has tried to breach the USA health center on cancer research. Hackers can breach or removed data in various ways as, theft, crash, restrain, monitor any companies data, ransom ware, wiper malware, hackers can also down the equipment of the hospitals, etc. hackers do this works for many goals for instance,

1. Financial advantage means hackers do the work only for the money, as they don't care about the work or the outcome of the work.

2. Personal hatred means sometimes hackers hire to destroy and control other people's security or any company’s security for a different personal reason. It happens when two people or two companies cannot stand each other willingly want to harm each other, so they took the path of cyber crime.

3. Among two health research centers enmity can try to wreck each other also, hinder each other data or information without approval by hacking.

However, if there is unethical hacking, then it will be a great obstacle for any organization, whether it is a health center or any other company. Healthcare organizations are now mostly facing disturbance and blocking of data. Furthermore, hackers breach doctor data, hackers are trying to control patient valuable information for their motive without authorization, sometimes they try to blackmail hospital's doctors or authority with these data, hackers can control the healthcare center CCTV footage, which is very intervening for any organization, including owners valuable information is in the stake for the hackers. Thoroughly, hackers are trying to suppress or manipulate information of healthcare centers for multiple destinations which can beat many doctors or patients greatly.

The more uses of technology, the more immoral hacking is developing. The effect is becoming more serious, if instantly we do not take absolute measures, then the outcome can ruin many pieces of research, information and valuable data. Every company needs to strengthen cyber security as soon as possible, and have to be more aware. The supervision of the company needs to conscious of empowering people and develop their technology-based practice and skill because employees with no data security practices can be a reason for this situation. A hospital is a place where people come to recover their health issues. Not only the doctors but also the information of the patient is essential. The hospitals shouldn't involve any political matter because it is not a place of any kind of argument, contriving, antagonism, disgracing after, any kind of enmity can destroy several life of patients and degrade many doctors' reputations. The management of the hospital and health center needs to be more effective as well as efficient than normal companies

The management department needs to obtain the best experts, buy the most competent IT device at any cost. Every hospital should develop its own IT app individually, as any hacker attempts to hack hospitals or health care center server as soon as the app will be activated own self and shield the server's information from the hacker and also distinguish that hacking site for legal action. Additionally, the healthcare center should hire a professional hacker secretly for defense. To fight with this situation, the hospitals and the government need to invest suitably and perpetually to save many people's life and reputation, which is very meaningful.
